      CloudBound Application Intelligence

See the application as a system.

CloudBound assembles the services, dependencies, identity, security, health, recovery, change and cost evidence that define an application—then lets you investigate it as one system.

      What this application is

orders-agent is a production AI agent that works order exceptions and writes the results back. It runs on Azure Container Apps, reasons with a model deployment in Azure AI Foundry, reads supporting documents from Microsoft 365, and writes results back to the production order database. It calls an external payment processor that sits outside the boundary CloudBound can observe.

      What deserves attention

      1. The agent can write to the production database. Its identity holds a write role on sql-orders-prod, not a read role.
      2. Conditional Access cannot be scoped to that identity. It authenticates as a managed identity, and Microsoft excludes managed identities from Conditional Access policy. Access reviews are the control that applies.
      3. It reads a document set that is broadly shared. 41% of the sites it can reach are open to the entire tenant, and so to any agent acting on a user's behalf.

      Where the evidence stops

      1. Whether a human approves what it writes. No approval step is visible from Azure. If that control exists, it lives inside the application.
      2. What the agent actually retrieved or wrote. CloudBound reads configuration and control-plane evidence, never prompts, documents or row contents.
      3. One relationship is indicated but not confirmed. It is drawn as a candidate rather than asserted as fact.

      Why organizations deploy CloudBound

      Three reasons, one platform.

      01 · Recover

      Recover technology spend

Discover idle resources, oversized databases, unused licenses, lapsed reservations, idle AI capacity and the resources nobody owns anymore.

Designed to pay for itself, and help fund what's next.

      02 · Reduce

      Reduce technology risk

Discover exposed identities, over-privileged access, endpoint compliance drift, insecure code paths and the vulnerabilities that actually matter before they become incidents.

Risk found early is a decision. Risk found late is an incident.

      03 · Accelerate

      Accelerate technology decisions

Transform thousands of technology signals into executive recommendations, implementation guidance and board-ready Executive Briefings.

The answer arrives in the language leadership already speaks.

It usually starts with a sentence like this

      “We're deploying AI agents.”

Find out whether your data is ready before the licenses are, and see exactly which sites will overshare on day one.

      “Our Azure costs are increasing.”

Separate the waste from the workload. Idle resources, wrong tiers, missing reservations, and who owns each one.

      “We're preparing for an audit.”

Evidence gathered, controls mapped, gaps named while there is still time to close them.

      “We're modernizing our applications.”

CloudBound reads the code and the infrastructure together, then tells you which workloads are ready and which will fight you.

      “We're reducing technical debt.”

Debt ranked by business impact rather than severity score, with the remediation already written.

“The board wants a cybersecurity update.”

Posture, identity and vulnerability exposure in language a board can act on, with the three changes that move the number most.

      The intelligence loop

      Discover. Reason. Remediate.

      Discover

See what the estate proves. Know what remains unknown.

What actually belongs to this application?

Continuously analyze cloud infrastructure, source code, identity, security posture, cost, licensing, data governance and operations, down to the missing index on a production database.

Find issues traditional point solutions often miss, including vulnerabilities and technical debt that may have existed for years.

      Reason

      Know what it means.

What is wrong, what changed, and who can affect it?

Correlate signals across your entire technology estate. Prioritize what matters. Explain business impact. Recommend next actions.

Then ask questions in natural language and keep pulling the thread until the decision is obvious.

What should we do next — and what should we deliberately leave alone?

Generate implementation-ready guidance. Not a recommendation to write the script. The script itself, drafted for your team to review and run.

      How you use it

No dashboard to babysit. No new workflow to learn.

CloudBound delivers Enterprise Technology Intelligence through natural conversation. Your team asks questions in the AI assistant your organization already trusts, and CloudBound answers with evidence from your estate.

Ask in the assistant your team already uses. When the answer is bigger than a paragraph, CloudBound assembles the application, its evidence and its findings on demand, and hands back something your team can reason about rather than a link to another console.
