Privacy policy.

This policy describes how Cloud Bound LLC ("CloudBound", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the cloudbound.ai website and the CloudBound product.

The website

The cloudbound.ai website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not include third party scripts that profile visitors. If you contact us by email, we receive only what you send. If you use the support form, we receive the details you submit (name, work email, organization, topic, and your message) together with the page you sent it from; this is delivered into our Microsoft 365 environment and used solely to respond to your request.

Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, generates standard service logs (such as IP address, request path, and user agent) as part of operating the infrastructure. We use these logs only for security and operational purposes and retain them for a limited period.

The CloudBound product

CloudBound is deployed into the customer's own Azure subscription. Customer evidence, findings, reports, credentials, assessment history and storage remain inside the customer's Azure environment. CloudBound operates read-only against customer resources and does not modify customer environments. Where AI models or integrations are used, they are customer-approved, and customer assessment data remains under customer control.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer assessment data for advertising or to train models for other customers.

Email and business contacts

If you email us or engage with us commercially, we process your contact details and correspondence to respond to you, provide the product, and meet legal obligations. This information is processed in our Microsoft 365 environment and shared only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), or where required by law.

Marketplace

If you acquire CloudBound through the Microsoft commercial marketplace, Microsoft may share your contact and transaction details with us as described in Microsoft's terms. We use that information solely to fulfil and support your purchase and to respond to your enquiries.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, including rights under the GDPR and CCPA. To exercise them, or for any privacy question, contact privacy@cloudbound.ai.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
